Thank you for visiting our new website. We have developed this website to make it easier for you, our valued customers, to be able to browse our latest product ranges, ask any questions about any products & to order our products to resell in your store.
Step 1 - You firstly need to register for an account by supplying your business details.
You may receive a phone call to discuss products you are interested in.
You will receive an email once your account has been approved and activated.
Step 2 - Sign in to the website using your email address and password that you created to register. If you forget your password,don't worry, just click on the Forgotten Password link.
Step 3 - Browse our range of products, add the items you wish to order to your cart and once finished click on the checkout button. All orders are saved until you submit them. If you are interrupted during the ordering process you can close the site and come back to it at any time. Your order will be saved until you complete it. All prices are Nett plus GST.
Step 4 - If you have not previously ordered from us, our website will ask you for your delivery address. If you have ordered before, it will be pre-filled with your address details. If your order is finalised then click submit.
Step 5 - For new customers, who do not have an account, your first order will be on a pro-forma invoice. We will contact you for payment by credit card or direct deposit. Existing customers will still retain their 30 day accounts even though they may be registering on this website for the first time. Freight will be calculated and added to your invoice when the goods are shipped.
