Delivering your goods to you swiftly and securely is very important to us. Savon de Marseille offers a comprehensive delivery service through our strong partnership with market leading transport companies Australia Post and Star Track Express. We have special account rates with both companies so we pass on these rates to all of our customers. We will endeavour to have your items shipped out as soon as possible.

We use recycled boxes & bio fill biodegradable packing beads.

Bubble wrap is used for soaps as getting your order to you undamaged is our priority. We use black shrink wrap on the outside of our cartons for extra care.

Please let us know if you require no plastic packaging when sending your order. Please note we will take no responsibilty for damages.

Standard Shipping orders will be delivered in 1-2 business days for Sydney Metro and 2-5 business days for all other Australian metro areas from receipt of your order. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for regional areas.

Express Shipping orders will be delivered in 1-2 business days from receipt of your order.

*Please note the above shipping recommendations are approximate dates. Savon de Marseille will not take any responsibilities for order transit delays from Australia Post.

Order deliveries will be made between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. All items will be left in a safe place on the premises at the drivers discretion, therefore a business delivery address is preferred if you do not wish this to happen.

Please note if you choose to have your order sent to a business address, a company name and the recipients name is required, as Australia Post may not deliver your parcel to a company without both names.

Add the company name in the Company Name (if applicable) field when filling out your details at the checkout or when creating an account.


How to ship to a different address?

Your order can be delivered to a different address from your account billing address. 
In the checkout area click on ship to different address and fill out the details then click submit. An email will be sent to you when your order is sent. All orders are sent with an invoice attached so if you do not wish the recipient to receive one, please advise us in the customer notes text box at checkout.

Savon de Marseille is not responsible for any damages caused after delivery.

All Claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. 

How to collect your order outside of business hours

With thousands of locations across Australia, Australia Post have plenty of alternative delivery addresses for you to choose from.

Creating a MyPost account gives you easy access to all of them including:

Free 24/7 parcel lockers, have your parcels sent to a Post Office of your choice or a personal P.O Box.

How to track your order

Once your order has been shipped an email will be sent to you with your Australia Post or Star Track tracking number. Please supply a valid / frequently used email address at the checkout or when creating an account so as to receive this notification and check your spam box if you do not receive it within 2 business days.
